7 Marathons in 7 Days Charities to Benefit

I’m pleased to announce the voting on Facebook has finished and we can now announce the 7 Charities that will benefit from the Challenge. Each Charity was either chosen by myself in person or voted for on Facebook. The top 4 voted charities would gain the remaining places along with Weston Hospicecare, The MPS and 100th person that liked the Challenge event page on Facebook Simon Childs chose The Alzheimer’s Association.

So the Final 7 Charities were chosen and are as follows:

The Children’s Hospice South West 

MND Association

The Lullaby Trust

The RNLI Weston

The Alzheimer’s Association

The MPS 

In the coming weeks myself and the Team will be planning routes across Somerset that will see us visiting Bristol, Bath, Taunton and Weston-super-Mare while coinciding the route with visits to each of the charities offices where available. The Routes will be posted and viewable here.

Justgiving.com Donation pages for each of the 7x Charities will be set-up and links from each dedicated charity page will go live before the start of 2014.
