Mind

The Mind is the most powerful part of the body, so, why do we only use a small percentage of it? Do we train our brains and Mind without realising we are? How do we block out the things we want to forget or blocking out the pain during a long run? Pushing boundaries of the mind.

    Body

The body can only be finely tuned if you look after it, training and plenty of rest when needed combined with the food you eat, it’s you who has to live within your body and only you that can change matters, besides, as the saying goes……. “You are what you eat”.

    Soul

You can only be at peace with yourself if you are feeling confident from within, happy with your current lifestyle and happy at work, therefore helping to keep your inner soul as healthy along with your Mind and Body. A Happy challenger has a happy Soul.
